Alpine Guides base is located about 300m from the Visitor Information Centre, in Aoraki Mount Cook Village, New Zealand. NZ Time is normally 12 hours ahead of UMT.
We are open 7 days but our office hours are somewhat “fluid”. Normally between 08:30 to 16:30.
We reserve the option to close our office and work remotely during periods of bad weather.
