Sunglasses* - good quality wraparound with dark lenses (SP3 or SP4)
Water Bottles* - 2 x 1 litre wide-mouth (Nalgene), or 1 bottle and a badder in mid-summer
Small pack towel - or just a regular towel for use at Unwin Lodge/ or other accommodation

Thermal base layer
Long-sleeved sun hoodie* - or “glacier shirt”
Mid-weight top - microfleece jersey or softshell jacket
Lightweight insulating jacket - down, synthetic, or fleece
Warm beanie*
Climbing trousers* - soft shell trousers are ideal
Liner gloves* - 1x pair
